Day 1 – Arrival, Sunset & Bedouin Welcome
We will welcome you at our office in Rum Village, the gateway to the Wadi Rum desert. After a short introduction and a traditional cup of Bedouin tea, we’ll drive you by 4×4 into the heart of the desert, where our Bedouin desert camp awaits.
Our camp is surrounded by wide open spaces and dramatic sandstone cliffs the perfect setting for a quiet walk or small hike near the tents.
Sunset Viewing, where you can relax on a platform overlooking the red sands while sipping tea and watching the colors change.
Dinner, enjoy a freshly prepared traditional Bedouin dinner, slow-cooked under the sand (Zarb). In the evening, gather around the fire for stargazing in Wadi Rum — the clear desert sky is full of stars.
Day 2 – Full-Day Jeep Tour of Wadi Rum’s Landmarks
After a hearty breakfast at the camp, we’ll begin your full-day Wadi Rum Jeep Tour, visiting the most iconic spots in the desert.
- Chicken Rock
A fun and unusual rock formation shaped like a chicken. It’s a popular photo stop due to its quirky shape and open surroundings. Formed by natural erosion over time, it adds character to the desert landscape. A light-hearted start to your desert adventure. - Desert Viewpoint
This high point offers stunning panoramic views of Wadi Rum. From here, you can see the striking boundary between the red and white deserts. It’s the perfect spot for wide-angle photos and quiet reflection. Great for sunset or midday stops. - Um Frouth Rock Bridge
A 20-meter-high natural sandstone arch you can climb in just a few minutes. From the top, enjoy breathtaking views of the vast desert below. It’s a favorite among adventurous travelers. Easy to access and fun to explore. - Abu Khashaba Canyon
A short canyon hike through narrow, shaded sandstone walls. It’s peaceful and ideal for a quiet walk away from the heat. You’ll be dropped at one side and picked up on the other. A perfect break in nature during the Jeep tour. - Mushroom Rock
Shaped like a giant mushroom, this natural rock is sculpted by wind and sand. It’s located in the white desert and makes for a unique photo stop. The shape is striking and easily accessible. A great place for a quick rest and pictures. - Lawrence’s House
These ruins are believed to be linked to T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia). While mostly reconstructed, the site offers amazing desert views and historical charm. Built on Nabataean ruins, it holds cultural significance. A must-visit for history lovers. - Small Rock Bridge
A smaller natural rock arch just opposite Lawrence’s House. It’s easy to climb and offers lovely panoramic views. Ideal for those who want a short and simple climb. Great for photos and enjoying the open desert. - Red Sand Dune – Wadi Umm Ishrin
A tall dune with soft red sand perfect for climbing, running, or sandboarding. Located beside the massive Umm Ishrin mountain range. Fun for all ages and offers amazing desert views from the top. A favorite among photographers. - Khazali Canyon
A narrow canyon filled with ancient carvings and inscriptions. Inside, you’ll see drawings of people, animals, and scripts from Nabataean and Thamudic times. It’s a short, shaded stop packed with history. One of Wadi Rum’s most cultural sites.
After this desert adventure, we’ll return to the camp to catch another beautiful wadi rum sunset. Enjoy another delicious Bedouin dinner under the stars, and relax around the fire with stories, music, or silence — just as the Bedouins do.
