My name is Khaled, and I was born and raised in the heart of Wadi Rum. Growing up in the desert alongside my father and grandfather, I learned the traditions, stories, and ways of life that have been passed down through generations of Bedouins. After many years of guiding travelers through this magical Wadi Rum desert, I founded Khaleds Camp. My goal is simple: to give visitors an authentic Wadi Rum experience and a chance to connect with the desert, our Bedouin culture, and our way of life.

Guests stay in comfortable private tents, each with clean facilities to make your stay relaxing and peaceful. During the day, you can explore the desert with Jeep tours, camel rides, or hiking adventures through the towering sand dunes and rocky mountains. Everywhere you look, the views of Wadi Rum will take your breath away.

At Khaleds Camp in Wadi Rum, food and hospitality are always together. We are proud to serve fresh, homemade Bedouin dishes that carry the true flavors of the desert. Every meal is made with care, using fresh and local ingredients, just as Bedouin families have done for generations. One of the highlights is our zarb, a famous Bedouin dish cooked underground in a sand oven. Fresh meats, vegetables, and spices are placed over hot stones, then covered to cook slowly under the desert sands. The result is tender, juicy food full of rich flavor. While the zarb cooks, guests gather around the fire, enjoy tea, share stories, and take in the peaceful desert atmosphere.
