Day 1: Explore Wadi Rum & Camp Beneath the Stars

Rum Village – Bedouin Welcome & Tea
Your experience begins in Rum Village, where you’ll be greeted with a warm cup of  traditional Bedouin tea. This is where you’ll meet your local guide and start your off-road Jeep adventure into the protected area of Wadi Rum.

  • Lawrence’s Spring
    A short walk from the vehicle takes you to this iconic natural spring, named after T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia). The site offers scenic views of the valley and insight into how ancient Bedouins found water in the desert.
  • Wadi Umm Ishrin – Sand Dunes & Sandboarding
    Drive into the vast red sands of Wadi Umm Ishrin, home to some of the largest sand dunes in Wadi Rum. Here, you can try sandboarding or simply enjoy climbing the soft dunes for breathtaking photos.
  • Khazali Canyon – Ancient Inscriptions
    Walk through this narrow canyon where you’ll see Nabataean and Thamudic petroglyphs carved into the walls, some dating back thousands of years. It’s a glimpse into Wadi Rum’s deep cultural history.
  • Little Bridge (Khor al Ajram)
    Visit this natural rock bridge, a small but photogenic arch you can easily climb. It’s a great stop for photos and a short rest.
  • Lawrence’s House
    Stop by the remains of what is believed to be Lawrence’s base during the Arab Revolt. While only a few stones remain, the location offers a great panoramic view and a touch of historical legend.
  • Mushroom Rock
    is a naturally shaped rock formation in Wadi Rum that resembles a giant mushroom. Formed by thousands of years of wind and sand erosion, it’s a popular stop on Jeep tours through the desert. Its unique shape and easy accessibility make it a favorite spot for photos and a quick rest during your adventure.
  • Abu Khashabah Canyon – Short Hike
    Take a light hike through this shaded sandstone canyon, known for its peaceful trail and dramatic rock formations. Your guide will prepare a fresh picnic-style lunch in this quiet, scenic spot.
  • Um Fruth Rock Bridge
    A tall 20-meter natural stone arch, Um Fruth is one of the most famous rock bridges in Wadi Rum. You can climb to the top for wide-open desert views and stunning photos.
  • High Viewpoint
    Reach a panoramic viewpoint overlooking both the red and white desert areas. A top highlight for photographers.
  • Chicken Rock
    A quirky photo stop at a rock formation shaped like a chicken — always fun to see!
  • Remote Bivouac Camp – Sunset Tea & Dinner
    Leave the regular camps behind and drive deeper into the desert to a secluded bivouac site, far from crowds. Enjoy Bedouin tea at sunset while sitting on a sand dune or a rock ledge, watching the sky change colors.
  • Bedouin Dinner & Sleep Under the Stars
    Your guide will cook a traditional Bedouin dinner over an open fire often including rice, vegetables, and slow-cooked meat. After   dinner, you’ll sleep in the open desert, with mattresses, blankets, and stars overhead. This authentic Bedouin-style bivouac offers silence, beauty, and an unforgettable night under the Milky Way.
  •  Day 2: Sunrise & Return

    Wake early to watch the sun rise over Wadi Rum’s red mountains. The stillness and golden light make for a peaceful and awe-inspiring start to your day.   
  •  Traditional Bedouin Breakfast

           Enjoy a light breakfast prepared by                       your guide typically including  bread, 

         cheese, tea, and  eggs or jam served                  beside the fire.

  •  Return to Rum Village

       After breakfast, you’ll drive back through the desert to Rum Village, arriving around 8:00–9:00 AM,

depending on your preference.
